HOW DO I RETURN OR RENEW A TITLE?
- Your digital loan will be automatically returned to the library in 14 days.
- If you want to return it sooner, click "Shelf"; then, click the underlined loan period ("Due in__days"). From there, click "Renew Title to Library."
- If you wish to keep an item longer than 14 days, you may renew it. Go to your SHELF page; then, click the underlined loan period ("Due in__days"). From there, click "Renew Loan."
WHAT IF I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT A TITLE?
No problem! When you click on a title, you can read a description of it, view the publication information, see how many stars other patrons have given the item and read or listen to a sample.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
- If you hold cards from multiple libraries, you can easily switch between library cards or between different libraries. All of your digital checkouts from different cards and libraries will appear on one "shelf" within the app.
- You can "tag" titles on your Libby bookshelf and even make your own tags, for instance read, want to read, wishlist, liked, disliked....
CAN I LIMIT CONTENT VIEWING FOR MY CHILDREN?
Not at this time. You can, however, narrow the titles you see while searching or browsing the collection by clicking on the "plus" button at the top of the collection's page. The default audience is "All," but clicking "All" will reveal a drop-down menu from which you may choose from the following:
